R.A.B. aims to guide and stimulate (young) people to rise above their barriers and to get a fair chance in life. This is done trough sports and personal guidance. 

This FUN & SUPPORT walk is a motivation for everyone to rise above their barriers but to also contribute to the foundation so more young people can participate in the program. 

And what is more fun then to have a nice walk with friends or family on a sunday morning!

The Rise Above Barriers FUN & SUPPORT walk took place on sunday April 28, 2024. There are 2 routes; 5 km and 10 km. It is possible to either walk or run this route (or maby a bit of both).

Start and finish: Caracasbaai

Registration starts at 05.00 and the start sign will be given at 06.00. When finishing their will be refreshments and live music.
